Attorney Arthur Raphael of Teller, Levit & Silvertrust, P.C. here slapped a lien on a Westmont building that houses offices for Ty Inc., which makes Beanie Babies. Raphael says his client is owed $6,121 for providing stainless steel doors for the building's owner (not Ty). His suggestion:
"Perhaps whoever actually owes the money could pay off the lien with retired Beanie Babies!"
